When Remodeling One Space Just Isn't Enough

There's a point where fixing your house one room at a time stops making sense. Maybe the layout fights you every day, the finishes are a decade past their prime, or you love your neighborhood far too much to ever move.

A whole home remodel solves all of it at once, reworking how your entire house looks, flows, and functions as a single coordinated project. Instead of juggling separate contractors for the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the addition, you get one Lermaxx Builders team handling design, permitting, and construction start to finish.

The result is a home that feels current, cohesive, and genuinely yours, with no visible seam where one project ended and the next began.

Three Ways to Transform Your Whole Home

No two whole home projects look alike, so we scope every remodel to your goals and your budget. Most fall into one of three levels.

The Refresh:
A cosmetic, high-impact update that modernizes the whole house without moving walls. Think fresh interior paint, new flooring, updated lighting and fixtures, and cosmetic kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

The Mid-Range Remodel:
A deeper transformation that reworks how your home lives. This level typically includes a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, semi-custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, open-concept modifications, new windows, and system updates where needed.

The Custom Transformation:
A top-to-bottom reimagining of your home with no detail overlooked. Expect custom cabinetry, natural stone, luxury hardwood, structural reconfiguration, smart home integration, high-end millwork, and architectural finishes throughout.

Can we stay in our home during the remodel?expand_more
Sometimes, and it depends on how much of the house is under construction at once. For phased projects, many families stay put and live around the work, while full-scale remodels often go smoother if you relocate for part of the timeline. We'll walk through the options with you during planning so there are no surprises.
Do you handle the design and permits, or do I need my own architect?expand_more
We handle all of it. As a design-build contractor, we coordinate design, engineering, and permitting in-house, bring in trusted design professionals when a project calls for it, or build from plans you already have. You're welcome to arrive with a full set of drawings or just an idea.

Our Process

1 | Plan

We start with a conversation about your goals, budget, and timeline, then visit your property to see the space firsthand. From there, you get a detailed written scope and honest estimate, so you know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.

2 | Prepare

Once you approve the scope, we handle the groundwork that keeps construction on track. We finalize the contract, coordinate any design, engineering, and permits your project needs, and line up schedules, subcontractors, and materials before we build.

3 | Build

Our crew builds to the approved scope with quality materials, a clean jobsite, and daily communication. We finish with a walkthrough, punch list, and full documentation, and hand you a completed space that's ready to enjoy.
